Customer Facing Online Banking Advisor LONDON 59k FTC 6 Months

In Branch Customer Digital Services Advisor Banking Shrewsbury Area 6 Months FTC 59k per annum - 28 days holiday + Bank Holidays + 4% Pension Contribution Pro Rata Full time (5 days per week) in bank branch Financial Services (Retail Banking) Customer Services Training / Coaching

Our Retail Banking client is seeking highly motivated and personable customer facing Customer Advisors to engage with customers coming into the bank to promote and champion online banking and digital services available to them.

Acting as experts, you will promote the bank's mobile banking apps and help customers in branches to use all of the facilities available to them online and encourage customers to use the bank's digital channels.

Your high-level Customer Service skills will be essential to your success in this role.

It is likely that within your initial 6 months, you will operate from 2 separate branches.

Full training on digital and technology services will be provided with no previous experience required. However, if you have previously worked within a bank in a customer facing role and you are tech savvy - we would love to hear from you!

Required Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven solid customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role would be ideal
  • Previous coaching / training experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 1 hour from home (expenses paid)

Location: Shrewsbury Area

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday in the branch

Salary: 59k per annum (6 months pro rata)

Contract: 6 Months FTC
