Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members who deliver groceries on time and with a smile. You’ll be out on the road in all weather, using pre‑planned routes and a fixed 40‑hour week over seven days.

This is a permanent contract with AM and PM shifts, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing by midnight. Pay includes a base rate of £13.96 per hour plus premiums (£1.12 evenings, £1.40 Sundays, £2.63 Sundays evenings) and overtime up to £18.57.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full UK or EU driving licence is needed.
• 12 months driving experience minimum.
• Max 6 penalty points; no disqualifications in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries on time and with a friendly, customer‑facing service.
• Follow pre‑planned routes using automated planning tools.
• Work a 40‑hour week across AM and PM shifts, including evenings and weekends.
