Job summary

U-Drive are seeking a friendly Driver/Valeter for our Salisbury branch. You will work a 45-hour week on a Monday to Saturday rolling rota, driving vehicles and performing valet duties to ensure rental vehicles are customer-ready.

The role requires a full UK driving license, strong customer service, and a can-do attitude. You will support the branch with vehicle checks, logs, and inspections, delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive, deliver, and/or collect vehicles as directed.
• Clean and valet vehicles to U-Drive standards.
• Conduct end-of-hire vehicle checks for damage.
• Complete drivers' logs and branch sign-in/out.
• Perform Pre-Rental and Post-Rental Vehicle Inspections, reporting faults and damage.
• Park vehicles in designated areas.
• Assist customers by showcasing vehicles and explaining controls.
