Qualifications

• A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Previous driving/delivery experience across multiple routes and vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively and work in a busy team.
• Genuine commitment to outstanding service and representing the brand.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time.
• Coordinate loan and company vehicle movements across the dealership and surrounding areas.
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after transport.
• Be a reliable point of contact for customers during vehicle transport.
• Assist the aftersales team with vehicle movements and day-to-day logistics.
• Uphold professionalism and represent the brand positively at all times.
