Job summary

Listers Group Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Site Coordinator for our busy Toyota Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. In this varied role you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at the dealership, ensuring parking is available for ease of access and welcoming them on arrival.

In addition to supporting our sales team and handling showroom and forecourt duties, you will move vehicles, assist with deliveries, and use the in-house system to advertise stock.

Qualifications

• Must have a full clean driving licence.
• Reliable and hard working with customer-facing experience preferred.
• Professional and well-presented at all times.

Responsibilities

• Support the busy sales team.
• Deliver vehicles to customer homes or other dealerships.
• Move vehicles around the forecourt as needed.
• Advertise current stock using the in-house system.
• Maintain showroom and car park standards.
• Ad hoc site maintenance and upkeep.
