Telecom Acquisitions Limited in Horsham is seeking confident Customer Experience Advisors to join our expanding Promotions Team. You will contact newly acquired broadband customers within 24 hours of purchase to ensure setup and to introduce value-add services.

You will identify customer needs, explain benefits clearly, and cross-sell across products such as 24/7 UK-based support, upgraded routers, priority installation, and energy services while delivering friendly, proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions.
• Full training provided; proactive and confident on calls.
• Comfort with meeting targets and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Call new customers to welcome them and promote service options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend upgrades.
• Provide ongoing support and cross-sell across products.
• Explain product benefits clearly and confidently.
• Retain customers nearing contract expiry with tailored solutions.
• Record interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
