Customer Experience Team Member

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support our Manchester Venues as part of our Customer Experience Team.

This role offers variety, combining fun and challenge. You will be responsible for a range of tasks within a friendly, passionate, and ambitious team, working at our unique venues with a busy events schedule.

Experience in the entertainment sector is not required. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, including those underrepresented in the industry.

You must be aged 18+ for this position, as it involves handling and selling alcohol. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
