A recruitment agency in Edinburgh seeks a Customer Experience Team Member for a 4-week opportunity with potential for extension. You will provide a welcoming reception service, conduct flat viewings, and plan engaging events for students. Ideal candidates are warm, communicative, and available to work weekends. Job Title: Customer Experience Team Member
Location: Edinburgh, EH8 9AN
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension
Shifts: 7am–3pm and 2pm–10pm, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house reception service
Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and engaging in sales conversations
Planning and running fun and inclusive events for our student residents

A great communicator who’s confident chatting with students and answering their questions
Someone with strong time management and organisational skills
Reliability and flexibility, including availability to work weekends
