Role Details
  • Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonus
  • Location: Swansea
  • Shift pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Full UK driving license required
Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  2. Manage administrative processes, handle customer queries, and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
  3. Use our CRM system to create and manage customer cases until resolution.
  4. Qualify customer needs upon arrival, ensuring queries are directed to the appropriate team member.
  5. Coordinate internally to ensure enquiries and complaints are processed correctly.
  6. Contribute to team efforts to meet customer service (NPS) targets monthly.
Candidate Requirements
  • Full UK driving license essential.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service, from any industry background.
  • Strong communication, people skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in resolution handling is desirable.
