Role: Sales Support
  • Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonus
  • Location: Sheffield
  • Shift pattern: 5 days over 7, including weekends
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Full UK driving licence required*

Our Sales Support team are key to our business. You will be the first and often last face our customers see during their buying experience, ensuring they leave with a smile every time.

What will my day-to-day look like?
  • Delivering excellent customer service, mainly over the telephone and face-to-face
  • Managing administration processes such as pre and post-collection queries, resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Using our CRM system daily to create customer cases and ensure issues are resolved
  • Qualifying customer needs upon arrival, ensuring their queries are directed to the relevant team
  • Contacting relevant parties internally to ensure enquiries and complaints are processed correctly
  • Working as part of a team to meet customer service (NPS) targets each month
What we’d like you to have

A full UK driving licence is essential. You should be passionate about delivering great customer service, whether from retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role. We value strong people skills, communication, and organisational abilities, along with enthusiasm and teamwork. Experience in resolution handling is desirable.
