Job summary

Sainsbury’s Group in the United Kingdom is hiring store colleagues to put customers first, help across shelves, order picking, and serve shoppers. You’ll use digital tools to assist customers and keep shelves tidy and well-presented.

You’ll learn about products, promotions and become confident making helpful recommendations. Roles include working across the store with flexible hours, including weekends and busy festive periods.

Qualifications

• Must be above school-leaver age in your country.
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
