As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our business by creating meaningful connections and driving sales growth through effective lead generation strategies.

You are driven by Tesla's mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will be part of a larger sales and delivery team, working closely and flexibly on all tasks, demonstrating a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.

What You'll Do

  1. Proactively engage with customers visiting the store or events to identify potential leads, creating a pipeline of prospects through active interaction and data capture.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions, handling objections, and selling potential leads on test drives, ensuring a positive experience.
  3. Execute lead capture strategies during events to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
  4. Manage and organize captured lead data accurately in CRM systems, updating customer profiles with relevant information obtained during interactions.
  5. Build value for customers by understanding their requirements, presenting Tesla vehicles, and effectively communicating the value proposition to drive conversions.
  6. Collaborate with sales teams and relevant departments to align strategies, share insights, and improve lead capture, sales processes, and product offerings.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, providing an excellent customer experience that reflects Tesla's values.
