Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing customer experiences through inbound & outbound calls and digital interactions.
• Complete documented processes supporting customers including move in/out, billing, incidents, collections and complaints.
• Handle inbound calls and digital communications and proactively contact customers for payments and debt prevention.
• Identify and apply additional support services such as Priority Service Register, WaterSure and Social Tariffs.
• Take ownership of complex queries and deliver timely, clear resolutions.
