A prominent funeral services provider in Maidenhead is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a full-time permanent role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers regarding wills and funerals. Ideal candidates are compassionate problem-solvers with strong communication skills. This role offers a salary of £30,000 and hybrid working options.

Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid, flexible working, 3 days in office per week)
