You're a dynamic and experienced trainer with a passion for enhancing customer experiences and driving sales performance. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a deep understanding of customer-centric strategies and financial compliance. What you'll do:

  1. Design and deliver engaging training programs for customer experience and sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, communication, and problem-solving.
  2. Conduct interactive workshops and on-the-job coaching to improve service excellence and sales effectiveness.
  3. Develop onboarding programs for new hires to accelerate their readiness in customer-facing roles.
  4. Ensure all training programs align with FCA Consumer Duty regulations and other compliance standards.
  5. Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  1. Proven experience in training roles within customer service, operations, sales, or financial services.
  2. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer engagement strategies, and consumer protection regulations.
  3. Experience designing and delivering blended learning programs, both in-person and online.
  4. Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of FCA Consumer Duty and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) regulations.
