Job summary

Network Plus is recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to support National Grid on site in Lutterworth. You will own CARE activities across pre, during and post delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction and work with the Customer Manager to coordinate post-completion actions.

You will resolve customer enquiries with a Day+1 target, monitor and report on customer experience KPIs, and escalate major issues with stakeholders. A DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in Utilities.
• Supervisor Street works qualification an advantage
• Strong management skills – people, project and client management
• Financial and commercial awareness
• Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of CARE activities (Pre, During & Post) to achieve exceptional customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Support operational ownership in resolving customer enquiries and complaints within D+1 working days.
• Deliver walk off post completion activities coordinated by the Customer Manager.
• Track customer experience KPI’s and compile monthly & weekly reports.
