Customer Experience Representative


Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office in Kingston Upon Thames / 3 days at home)


Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm


Salary: Competitive

What You'll Do:



  • Be the Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, collaborating with Account Managers to understand customer requirements and challenges.

  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and effective communication, ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Data Entry Excellence: Process orders and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Respond Promptly: Handle internal and external customer communications via email and phone regarding orders, supply, and delivery.

  • Provide Solutions: Offer product and delivery solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Utilise Technology: Become proficient in our online order management and inventory systems.

  • Bridge Connections: Facilitate communication between our customers and internal teams.

  • Maintain Inventory: Manage stock delivery systems to ensure availability and timely deliveries.

  • Adapt and Grow: Be ready to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
