Our Health & Life Sciences Solutions organization is an interdisciplinary team of product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians who are designing, developing, and deploying next-generation healthcare solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud for healthcare organizations around the world.

As a Program Manager, you will be an integral member of a team within HLS Solutions that is working to empower clinicians to achieve more with groundbreaking healthcare-oriented copilots. The ideal candidate will be excited about applying their skills in healthcare documentation and AI to developing and deploying new technologies and experiences centered around positive healthcare outcomes.

You will serve as a clinical expert for the Clinical Integrity product development team—ensuring clinical excellence and leading projects critical to the product’s success. You will work closely with customers, analyzing and communicating their feedback to internal teams to improve our product into a beloved digital healthcare companion.

Qualifications

Minimum/Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare clinical role such as nursing, PA, or equivalent.
  • Multi-year experience as a medical professional involved in writing patient medical documentation in ambulatory and inpatient settings.
  • Current knowledge of health documentation standards.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Experience sourcing, evaluating, and applying medical guidelines to AI development.
  • Ability to build a collaborative product culture supporting cross-functional teams.

Language Qualifications:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud background checks every two years.

Responsibilities

As a medical expert and clinical project manager, you will develop guidelines, requirements, and benchmarks for AI research and product management teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing accurate medical documents based on ambient recordings.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and categorizing customer feedback to identify key themes and actionable insights.
  • Refining requirements, proposing priorities, and influencing AI model design backlogs.
  • Collaborating across teams to achieve product goals and solve complex problems creatively.
  • Defining product and program strategies based on customer interactions.
  • Building rapport with customers by providing relevant product advice.
