This Customer Experience Officer role is for a start-up company based in London contract to perm.

This is an exciting time to join a business that is currently in a growth phase. Are you looking to use your previous experience to help this business grow? Are you wanting to join a business that is delivering a product that is definitely going places?

We are looking for someone with CXO experience, a finance background, and ideally a graduate that has worked in a Manufacturing, Food, or Drink environment.

This role is to identify customer needs and provide solutions whether this is on or offline, analyse customer feedback on products, develop feedback surveys, and schedule meetings with customers. You will also need to have some finance knowledge, sending invoices and carrying out general admin duties.

You must:

• Be computer and Internet savvy
• Have exceptional organisation skills
• Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
