Are you looking for a remote Customer Experience Manager - 12 Month FTC job?

If so, I have a remote-based Customer Experience Manager - 12 Month FTC role for a leading specialist in the design, manufacture, and support of energy management display and information systems.

The successful candidate will support continued customer growth and drive success with clients. They should possess strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to inspire customers.

Skills and experience required include:

  • Experience managing software deployment projects and/or software development.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams, resolve customer issues, and experience using JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar customer support software.
  • Significant experience in a customer-facing project management or delivery role.
  • Experience working in a SaaS-based business and service sectors such as Financial, Utility, or Telco.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.
  • Ability to quickly build credibility, trust, and rapport with colleagues and clients.

This position is remote-based with flexibility to visit the site in Cambridgeshire if desired.
