Job Description:

Are you looking for a remote Customer Experience Manager – 12 Month FTC role? We are seeking a candidate for a leading company specializing in energy management display and information systems.

The successful candidate will support customer growth, drive success with clients, and possess strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, project management skills, and the ability to inspire customers.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience managing software deployment projects and/or software development
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams, resolving customer issues, and experience with JIRA, Confluence, Zendesk, or similar
  • Significant experience in customer-facing project management/delivery roles
  • Experience working in SaaS and service sectors (Financial, Utility, Telco)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to build credibility and rapport with colleagues and clients

This is a remote position with flexibility to work onsite in Cambridgeshire.
