Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Associate to join a leading consultancy in the real estate sector. This pivotal role will involve delivering innovative customer experience strategies and services for a diverse UK-wide portfolio, including commercial offices, mixed-use assets, shopping centres, business parks, and residential properties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Crafting customer experience strategies by identifying key business priorities and delivering expert consultancy.
  2. Managing end-to-end customer experience projects, from customer journey mapping and voice of the customer programs to community activation.
  3. Creating impactful surveys, reports, and dashboards using platforms such as Qualtrics, Tableau, and UXpressia.
  4. Building and nurturing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a tailored and seamless customer experience approach.
  5. Supporting business development efforts by participating in pitches and contributing to the growth of customer experience services.
  6. Mentoring and managing a Customer Experience Manager, offering guidance and support in their professional development.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

  4. Proficiency in customer experience research tools, such as customer journey mapping and voice of the customer programs.
  5. Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
  6. The ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives and business growth.

Package & How to Apply:

Location: London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + competitive benefits package
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (some weekend work may be required with time off in lieu)
Flexibility: Hybrid working model – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
