Customer Experience Manager - £25,000-£30,000 + Benefits (Bolton - Onsite)

The Role

As a Customer Experience Manager, you'll act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, clients, suppliers, and funders. You'll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for all parties throughout the finance and sales process.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate sales processes between clients, suppliers, and funders

  • Conduct credit checks, prepare finance proposals, and liaise with stakeholders

  • Generate and issue accurate finance documentation

  • Raise invoices and manage payment tracking

  • Maintain and update CRM records with precision

  • Build strong working relationships with all external and internal contacts

  • Provide outstanding service and support across the board

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and process improvement

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
