Job description
Overview

The Restaurant Host role is driven by a desire to continuously improve the customers' experience, and places you at the heart of our business in the dining area. Your primary responsibilities are listed below.

Responsibilities
  • To welcome our customers into the restaurant.
  • Use your initiative to help create 'feel-good moments' during their visit.
  • Be on hand to ensure our customers receive any help or support they require, and never accept less than the best.
  • Ensure our customers leave the restaurant with a memorable experience.
  • Be creative and collaborate with the restaurant management team to suggest improvements to our customer service experience, using your training and skills.
