Customer Experience and Insight Senior Consultant
12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Location: Edinburgh (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time)
Salary: A competitive salary from £39,120- £48,900 depending on the experience you can bring

We have a new opportunity to join our marketing department as a Customer Experience and Insight Senior Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for managing market research and insight tasks within the research arm of our Customer Experience & Insight team. This role will involve day-to-day management of our internal research panels and also commissioning of external research and insight. You will undertake research to support our strategic marketing plan, consumer duty, and competitor research.
You will also support the wider Marketing Department as a trusted and respected source of insight and act as key stakeholder for Marketing teams.
