My client, a thriving business, is seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to join their Customer Success team as a Customer Experience Executive.

Customer Experience Executive - Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing an aftercare service, and ensuring customer needs are met by offering additional coaching, training, and guidance.
  • Answering customer queries and escalating as necessary to the appropriate department.
  • Proactively suggesting improvements and solutions to customers.
  • Updating the CRM system with customer feedback and information.
  • Liaising regularly with customers to ensure they are getting full optimization of the software.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Developing business plans with customers for the long term.

Customer Success Executive - The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
  • Excellent client care skills.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Able to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT Literate - Microsoft Office.
  • Technically minded with an interest in IT, which would be advantageous.

You must be able to drive and have transport to be considered for this role.
