Customer Experience Executive - Bramhall - £23,500 - £25,000 DOE + Benefits

Full-time - Office-based

A fabulous accountancy and payroll company in Stockport is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their bustling team in their state-of-the-art office in Bramhall, Stockport.

Working hours: 8:30-6pm Monday to Friday. You will:

  • Represent the business as a frontline ambassador and first point of contact, a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience to all employees, contractors, partners, and third parties without exception.
  • Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support whilst exhibiting the core behaviours and values.
  • Work individually and collectively toward core objectives, team goals, SLA’s, and KPI’s whilst displaying a can-do attitude and positive mindset.
  • Manage all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails, calls, and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews.
