We are looking for a Customer Experience Data Analytics professional to join our International Family and Professional Care segment and lead the CX data and analytics to deeply understand and transform B2B customer experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products.
• Partner with IFP Growth and Accountable Business Units (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX.
• Deliver proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance.
• Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards.
• Improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed data-driven culture.
• Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritized B2B IME use cases including pipeline review and churn management.

Required qualifications include:

• Proven experience in data analytics within a B2B environment.
• Good understanding of Customer Experience datasets and their usage.
• Experience with a broad range of analytics methods from descriptive to prescriptive.
• Expertise with Power BI and other visualization software.
• Strong collaboration skills to influence across a matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
