A veterinary clinic in Southampton is seeking a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and create a positive environment for both customers and their pets. We’re on the lookout for a part time Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for a customer service superstar who can help to create a really positive, welcoming, friendly and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often our customers’ first point of contact; the first faces they see when they walk into reception, and the voice down the end of the phone when they ring us. This puts our CECs in a great position to deliver a fabulous, long-lasting impression! You'll be able to take full advantage of our CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).
This role will be 4 x 4 hour shifts during the week, either morning 8am-12pm or evening 3.30pm-7:30pm (ideally flexible days but can be set) and then 1 in 4 weekends both days this will average out at 19.5 hours per week.
We offer extensive facilities and equipment, including: 2 operating theatres, dental suite, digital x-ray suite, handheld dental x-ray machine, new ultrasound equipment, separate wards for dogs, cats and small animals, walk-in kennels, a separate lab, isolation unit, multiparameter monitors and orthopaedic equipment.
