We’re on the lookout for a part-time Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at Southampton! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

What we’re looking for

We're seeking a customer service superstar who can help create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often our customers’ first point of contact; the first faces they see when they walk into reception, and the voice they hear when they call us. This role offers an excellent opportunity to deliver a memorable, long-lasting impression! You will also have access to CPD for veterinary reception teams, provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).

Hours of Work

This role involves 2 shifts of 4 hours during the week, either mornings from 8 am to 12 pm or evenings from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Flexibility in days is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, there will be 1 weekend shift on both days, averaging 11.5 hours per week.
