We’re on the lookout for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join us at The Pet Vet Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly, well-established team, dedicated to consistently wowing our customers by delivering exceptional customer service.

What we’re looking for

We're seeking a customer service superstar who can help create a positive, welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for customers and their pets. The role requires working 25 hours per week, including 1 in 4 weekends. Our Customer Experience Coordinators are often the first point of contact for customers, greeting them at reception and on the phone. This position offers a great opportunity to make a lasting impression and benefit from CPD provided through the BVRA (British Veterinary Receptionist Association).

Our deskless reception at The Pet Vet Liverpool involves greeting customers and their pets, guiding them to seating, offering refreshments, and completing check-in/check-out processes on a tablet. The role includes discussing services like Pet Health Plans and supporting customers throughout their visit. We seek someone outgoing, proactive, confident, and eager to support our customers.
