Are you a detail-driven events professional who thrives in high-stakes environments? We're looking for an Customer Experience Center Briefing & Event Manager to join a dynamic Customer Experience Centre in London. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role where no two days look the same.

The Role

As the first point of contact for guests - from C-suite executives and VPs to engineers and product managers - you'll ensure every experience runs seamlessly. You'll balance multiple executive briefings and events, managing logistics end-to-end and partnering with account teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What You'll Do
  • Own the logistics for executive briefings and events - catering, room setup, A/V, agendas, printing, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with account teams to shape briefing agendas that align with customer goals.
  • Manage the centre's busy calendar, scheduling all events efficiently.
  • Provide executive-level communication and support, from pre-event planning through to post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with global colleagues, technology support, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years' experience in executive briefing centres, events, or executive administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile events with attention to detail.
  • Confident working with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy - comfortable with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and thrives under pressure.
