Job Title: Barista

Hourly Rate: 13.50 per hour

Job Description: We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm — whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits include free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460.

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, top-notch customer service skills, and a passion for coffee. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you. As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining a tidy café area
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting (training available for the right candidate)
