Barista

£13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours from 8am to 4pm — whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for coffee! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service with a smile
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining the café area
• Engaging with customers and enhancing their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café setting (training available for the right candidate)
• A passion for excellent coffee and customer service
• Reliability, confidence, and ability to work well in a team
• A calm, positive attitude, even during busy times
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunchtimes
