Job Description:

Position: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

Shift Details: Full service hours from 8am to 4pm, flexible shifts available including part-time and full-time options.

Additional Benefits: Free bus service for staff on routes 21 and 460.

We are seeking energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. Experience is preferred but not essential as training can be provided. You will be part of a team creating a welcoming environment, serving high-quality coffee and supporting café operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing high-quality coffees and hot drinks
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Supporting light food preparation, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café or as a barista is a plus but not mandatory
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm and positive attitude during busy periods
• Flexible availability for shifts, including early mornings and lunch hours
