Job Description:

Summary: Serves in a concierge role by servicing walk-in customers. Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and banking products, and processing transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
  • Understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals.
  • Referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
  • Adhering to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
  • Demonstrating skills in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.
Qualifications:
  • 1 year customer service experience in banking, financial services, retail sales, or military service in related roles.
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Cash handling skills (preferred but not required).
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Exempt status: Yes = not eligible for overtime pay; No = eligible for overtime pay.
