Sainsbury’s Group is seeking store colleagues who prioritise customers and provide friendly, helpful service across shifts that include early mornings during the festive period.

Roles involve stocking, shelf presentation, and assisting customers with recommendations while using digital tools to support daily tasks. A supportive team environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Responsabilités

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever customers need you—from filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products
• Using digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and well-presented, and move loads to the correct store location
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations
• Be a committed team player, willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning and trying new things to improve service
• Confident using new digital tools and technology to do your job well
• Take pride and ownership in your work with attention to detail and a tidy workspace
• Sunday 04:00 - 09:00, Thursday 04:00 - 08:00, Friday 04:00 - 08:00, Saturday 04:00 - 09:00; ensuring the store is ready for the festive season when customers rely on us
