About the role

We're excited to be looking for a Customer Experience & Approvals Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team.

As a Customer Experience & Approvals Coordinator, you'll support the centre approval and additional qualification approval processes to grow the Active IQ customer base and existing portfolio, contributing to increased revenue.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Be a main point of contact for approved Active IQ private training providers and key accounts for administrative enquiries.
  • Support and process applications for new and additional qualification approvals, from initial enquiry to submission, within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide exceptional telephone and email support to Active IQ customers, building and maintaining relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate learner registration information and support centres with certification claims, eLearning registrations, and resource ordering.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Customer Relationships to achieve targets.

  • Experience in customer service and/or administrative roles in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to meet deadlines.
