We are currently recruiting for part time Customer Service colleagues working 14 hours per week on a fixed term contract, with a base salary of £24,000 pro-rata along with an additional £500 flexible benefit.

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

What you’ll bring:

These are the essential requirements you need to be successful in this role:

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
• You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

What else you need to know:

• This is a part-time role, working 14 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm
• This role is a fixed term contract
• The role is based in our Carlisle branch.
