We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues, with a starting salary of £28,341 per annum, which includes a base salary of £26,161, an additional £500 flexible benefit, and up to a £1,680 discretionary performance bonus.
For our customers, you’ll be more than just the friendly face and voice of Santander. You’ll be a listener and problem solver. Whether helping with cash transactions, technology support in the banking hall, over the phone, or protecting against fraud, you’ll face a variety of challenges.
