Job Description

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be working with customers providing support and guidance in relation to the health care services they have with the business.

The role will be mainly corresponding with customers over the telephone, handling a variety of queries and ensuring customer satisfaction rates are at the highest and each query is resolved quickly and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

This would be an excellent opportunity for someone experienced within an office-based environment or someone that is working within hospitality/retail or care and is looking for that next step in their career!
