Overview

Customer Experience Advisor, Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover Mayfair

Basic Salary of £30,000 with £2,000 bonus, pension, critical illness, life assurance, 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the influx of new and prospective enquiries received, through calls and all digital channels.
  • Provide customers with a warm introduction to our brand while collecting essential information about their needs and ensuring the enquiry is seamlessly transitioned to one of our Sales Executives.
  • Be involved with being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on products and services, building a genuine passion for the brand and representing it with pride and excellence.
  • Champion the enquiry process, supporting Sales Executives with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements, ensuring each interaction is tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Expert/Marketing team to provide content for a variety of social media streams.
  • Provide in-depth insights to our associates about products and technological updates.
  • Securely maintain accurate enquiry information and provide ad-hoc administrative support to the dealership.
Qualifications
  • Equipped with previous customer experience, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • A collaborative team player, open to new ideas and appreciative of the difference that each person makes.
  • Confident communicator who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Passionate about the industry, its people and the customers served.
