Our client is looking for candidates to join their Customer Experience Team. If you’re genuinely enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, varied role, this could be the perfect fit for you.

The Role

• Handling customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat
• Dealing with day to day queries
• Providing tailored solutions to customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure the best service
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection
• Promoting products and services to support business growth
• Collaborating with team members to deliver timely resolutions
• Adapting to different activities in a multi-skilled environment

Candidates are required to have

Working 40 hours a week between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday on a 3 month contract
