A national music education company in Farnborough is seeking a Customer Experience Adviser to provide exceptional support to parents, schools, and stakeholders. The role involves handling inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service, and building positive relationships. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents, schools, and stakeholders delivering excellent support over the phone and email.
