Job description

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Customer Experience Administrator whose primary responsibility is to assist with Login, shipping, and Client Services at the Lloydminster Depot. This is a part-time role, with an estimated schedule of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with and learn all aspects of work at the Lloydminster depot, including Shipping, Login, Customer Support, Quality, and Safety.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills in the above areas and apply them practically is essential.
  • Assist with planning and executing projects.
  • Help maintain Health and Safety and Quality standards within a UKAS accredited 17025 quality management system.
Skills / Qualifications
  • A science background is desirable, preferably within the Environmental Sector.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work on your feet and handle samples for extended periods.
  • A strong focus on quality and determination to complete tasks under challenging conditions.
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and apply them practically.
