Leicester/Hybrid

Stonewater is seeking a proactive and experienced Administrator to support the Customer Experience Administration Centre in delivering high-quality service to customers.

The role involves a range of administrative tasks related to our housing service, electronic post room, and centralized purchase ordering, ensuring compliance with GDPR and PCI DSS. You will prioritize and manage emails across various Outlook group mailboxes, tasks, digital post, documents, and invoice workflows, working according to a team rota.

The position requires working shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturdays, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience in an administrative environment, delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • High personal work standards and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience working to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Experience with Electronic Document Management (desirable).
  • Knowledge of housing, tenancy management, supported housing, home ownership, and retirement living (desirable).
