A well-established client in Mansfield is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to customers. This full-time position offers a salary of £25,000, increasing upon probation. The role includes answering customer queries, making outbound calls, and providing administrative support. We are recruiting for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our well established client who are based in Mansfield.
This is a full time permanent role. Working schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:45am-4:45pm. Salary is £25,000, increasing to £26,050 upon successful completion of 6 month probationary period.
You will play a pivotal role in the success of the savings team, delivering exceptional service through meaningful interactions that build loyalty and trust.
