I am partnering with a well-known and mid-sized pharmaceutical company in West London that is looking for an Omnichannel Customer Engagement Partner to join their high-performing Commercial team within the healthcare division.

The role is offered on a 1-year contract with 3 days per week in their offices. It offers an opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing channels and systems, working closely with global customer excellence units to roll out the omnichannel strategy. Collaborating with local brand teams, you will support content generation and digital touchpoints, leveraging assets to optimize engagement.
