Customer Engagement Manager (SaaS Technology)

Salary: £25,000 - £50,000

Location: Hybrid Brief (office 2-3 days), Bristol/Home

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading SaaS technology provider in a competitive vertical. As part of their ongoing commitment to customer engagement and satisfaction, they are looking to recruit a Customer Engagement Manager who is keen and driven to participate in a dynamic sales process and become a key member of the commercial team. Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all aspects of customer engagement, including event management, coordination, and reporting
  • Managing tenders
  • Organizing webinars
  • Updating sales procedures and processes
  • Increasing revenue by acquiring new customers
  • Upselling to existing accounts to increase revenue
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction through regular contact
  • Assisting customers in understanding how to gain benefits from the solution
The ideal candidate:
