The Role

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Engagement Associate to help us grow our customer base and introduce more businesses to what we offer. You'll play a key role in starting conversations, identifying businesses we can support, and arranging initial meetings for our senior team.

A background in finance is desirable but, the most important thing is that you’re confident speaking to people, keen to learn, and proactive in your approach. The role is remote, though occasional travel for meetings or events may be required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making Contact – Research and approach potential customers by phone, email, or LinkedIn to introduce Enduro Finance.
  • Starting Conversations – Speak with business owners, build rapport, and understand their needs.
  • Arranging Meetings – Book appointments for our senior team or, in time, handle meetings yourself.
  • Learning on the Job – Get practical experience in business finance, asset funding, and how finance deals are structured.
  • Keeping Organised – Record interactions in our CRM system and support with general admin.
  • Getting Involved – Attend customer meetings, networking events or site visits when needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident and approachable communicator – comfortable speaking with business owners on the phone or in person.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Any experience in sales, customer service or finance is helpful, but not essential.
  • Basic IT skills – email, Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A driving licence and access to a car for occasional travel.
